[26-07-2007] Revoked Key with ID D9D0AEF225A6B8C3 and created Key with ID CB7FFB05486EA33F. Reason: Corrupted secret keyring file.

I always check the fingerprints of the keys that I sign with my key with their owners either in person or by phone. So if you want your key signed by me and I don't know your voice, then we have to meet. Better yet, have your key signed by the Caltech ITS Security master key.
Alternatively, you should be able to obtain any of my keys from http://search.keyserver.net/
